It was just before the mad rush for lunch on a cool November day in Las Vegas,
while escaping their own five-star kitchen, these chefs
anxiously wait in line for a fast and delicious lunch at
Gordon Ramsay's Fish & Chips

After sampling this plate myself, I had instant empathy when this wayward crew walked in the door.
I totally salute these guys for following their gut instinct for lunch.
